Divide this charge by the average number of deliveries your company makes in a year to determine a base vehicle operating cost per delivery.

The time taken for delivery usually depends on the Pincode location you want the order to get delivered to.

You can find the expected delivery date at the checkout page while placing the order.

  • Once we receive your order submission, we have to authenticate your payment.
  • When we are happy that the payment has reflected, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been processed.
  • When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive another email informing you of this. We will inform you of postage with a tracking number you can follow.

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed. You’ll find it near the bottom of the email in the “Your Purchase Documents” section.

If you get a failed order message, yet see a pending charge, don’t panic! When you look at your bank statement it may look like you’ve been charged, but if our system says the order failed then we have not collected any funds. When you make a purchase on our website

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however, there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment. We urge you do not accept seal open/ Tampered/Leaked/Damaged shipment box as returns won’t be accepted in such cases. However, if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order within one hour of purchase. To cancel your order, please follow the steps below;

 

Log in to your END. account.

Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.

If the order has been placed less than 1 hour ago, there will be a ‘CANCEL ORDER‘ button showing at the bottom of the order summary.

Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request.

To continue cancelling your order select ‘CANCEL ORDER’ again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select ‘No, return to order’.

 

Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

Please remember, this self-cancellation is only available for the first hour of your order being created, after this 1-hour window, we cannot cancel orders.

If the ‘CANCEL ORDER’ button is not showing at the bottom of the order summary, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

If you have already received your goods then you may return them in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, and our Returns Policy.

After an order has shipped, you can track your packages on Superkitz.com From Your Orders, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
