XL4015Â 5A step down display with the display is an adjustable DC to DC steps down module is a DC to DC buck converter step-down power module with a high precision potentiometer. DC-DC Step-Down converts a higher voltage to a lower voltage by stepping up the available current. It is an easy-to-use, nonsynchronous, step-down DC-DC converter with a wide input voltage range up to 36 V. It is capable of driving a load up to 5A with high efficiency. As its name indicates there is a LED display that indicates the power status of the module.
XL4015 5A Step Down with display module takes the higher input at a voltage range of 4V-38V and converts it into lower output voltage 1.25V-36V, thus provides excellent line and load regulation. These step-down regulator modules operate at a switching frequency of 180 kHz.This allows small-sized filter components that require lower frequency. As a result, minimize external components and simplify power supply design. The voltage measurement can be changed within input and output voltage using the potentiometer.
In an XL4015 step-down module, the input voltage always higher than the output voltage. While turning the pot CW increases the output voltage and turning CCW decreases output voltage. XL-4015 consists of a built-in red voltmeter to display the input and output voltage. . Moreover, this module features thermal shutdown, current limit protection, and short circuit protection makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. The input voltage always higher than the output voltage hence used in batteries, power transformers, regulated power supply, LCD monitors.
