Description
The TSW-20 Water Turbidity Sensor with Red Amplifier Board is a reliable sensor designed to measure the turbidity (cloudiness) of water by detecting the amount of light scattered by suspended particles. Higher turbidity indicates the presence of dirt, silt, or other contaminants, making this sensor ideal for water quality analysis.
The sensor uses an infrared LED and photodiode pair to detect light scattering and includes a red signal conditioning/amplifier board that provides a stable analog output compatible with microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, STM32, and Raspberry Pi. Its waterproof probe and fast response make it suitable for continuous monitoring.
The TSW-20 turbidity sensor is widely used in water treatment systems, aquaculture, environmental monitoring, smart irrigation, laboratory experiments, and educational projects, offering an easy and cost-effective solution for turbidity measurement.
