5V 1CO 6A Relay designed as compact relay devices used for power management in control system designs. These relays can be mounted directly on the printed circuit board. Relays mainly used for more than 30A load switches and used in a wide range of household appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, and AV devices. As well as various FA equipment, industrial equipment, and household equipment. These ultra-slim electromechanical relays offer 30 A, with 5 mm width, low absorption coil, and suitable for PCB mounting or socket mounting.
A relay designed as an electrically operated switch. Many relays operates with an electromagnet to mechanically operate a switch. But other operating principles also used, like solid-state relays. Relays functions where it’s necessary to regulate a circuit by a low-power signal. This peformed with complete electrical isolation between control and controlled circuits, or several circuits that should controlled by one signal.
A simple electromagnetic relay designed with a coil of wire wrapped around a soft iron core, an iron yoke which provides a low reluctance path for magnetic flux, a movable iron armature, and one or more sets of contacts (there exist two within the relay pictured). The armature attacthed to the yoke and mechanically linked to at least one or more sets of moving contacts.
When an electrical current passes through the coil it generates a magnetic flux that activates the armature. And therefore the consequent movement of the movable contact(s) either makes or breaks (depending upon construction) a reference to a hard and fast contact. Incase, if the contacts made closed when the relay de-energized, then the movement opens the contacts. And breaks the connection, and the other way around if the contacts were open.
