The 16×2 LCD Display with Green Backlight and Yellow Characters is a standard character LCD module capable of displaying 16 characters per line on 2 lines. Its vibrant green backlight with yellow text ensures excellent readability in both bright and dim environments.
This module uses the widely adopted HD44780 controller, allowing easy interfacing via parallel 4-bit or 8-bit mode. It is compatible with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontrollers, making it ideal for displaying sensor data, system status, menus, and messages.
The module also features adjustable contrast through a potentiometer, and its robust construction ensures long-term durability for DIY electronics projects, embedded systems, industrial control panels, and educational applications.
