This 5 Channel Line Tracking Sensor Module (BFD-1000) is designed as a sensor board explicitly for use with line follower robots. This module offers efficient performance and has been sufficient to meet the day-to-day task of tracking. The presence of an Infrared distance sensor and touch detection sensor makes the robot design able to adapt to the situation easily. This high sensitivity tracking sensor specifically for environmental impact is capable of accurately tracking complex black lines (white lines) for a simple black line tracking more comfortably. This BFD 1000 operates at a voltage range of 3.0-5.5 v to meet the demand of most systems. The high sensitivity feature of the sensor module enables tracking in the range of 0.5mm-40mm between arbitrarily changed without making any adjustments. This tracking sensor module provides a digital output(high and low) that easily connects to the microcontroller.
This integrated 5 channel Tracking Sensor Module is a high-cost device to be used as a black (white) line retrieval. It particularly suits the complexity of black and white lines, crosses black and white line detection. These 6 channel high sensitivity infrared sensor (5 escapes patrol, 1 road), provides accurate identification of the black-and-white line. By sliding rheostat, this Integrated infrared sensor barrier is unblinded and distance adjusted. Moreover, the specially designed touch detection sensor, makes the design of the robot is more simple. Moreover, the onboard LED presents instructions for all sensor output states. Thereby ensuring convenient debugging of the module.
