Analog Hall Magnetic sensor module works using the 49E sensor to detect North and South pole and relative strength of a magnetic field. This sensor works based on the Hall Effect principle. It uses the semiconductor integrated technology manufacturing magnetic susceptibility of the circuit, achieved by the voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmitt triggers, temperature compensation, and the open collector output stage circuit composed of magnetic sensitive sensor circuit, its input for the magnetic induction intensity, the output is a digital voltage signal.
Whenever a magnet passes through, the sensor detects it. As a result, various output voltage in response to a magnetic field. An onboard potentiometer in the sensor allows to adjust the sensitivity and also provides both analogue and digital outputs.
Analogue output sensors provide linear output values. These are fed directly from the output of the operational amplifier with the output voltage directly proportional to the magnetic field passing the Hall sensor. Whereas the Digital output sensors provide a Schmitt trigger with built-in hysteresis connected to the op-amp. When the sensor output exceeds a preset value, the sensor device switches between the “off” and “on” conditions. This Hall Effect sensor works on the principle of the Hall Effect. These hall sensors are constructed with a thin sheet of conductive material with output connections perpendicular to the direction of current flow. When a magnetic field is detected, it generates an output voltage proportional to the magnetic field strength.
