Autonics TCN4S series temperature controller

The Autonics TCN4S Series Temperature Controller delivers fast, accurate PID control with a compact 48×48 mm design, ideal for industrial temperature management.

Description

The Autonics TCN4S Series Temperature Controller is a high-performance, compact PID temperature controller designed for precise temperature measurement and control in industrial automation and process applications. Known for its fast sampling speed (100 ms) and high accuracy (±0.3% of full scale), the TCN4S series ensures stable and efficient temperature management across a wide range of systems.

With its 4-digit LED display, easy parameter setting, and auto-tuning function, this controller offers both simplicity and reliability. It supports multiple input types, including thermocouples (K, J, T, etc.) and RTD (Pt100) sensors, and provides flexible output options such as relay, SSR drive, or current output for controlling heaters, motors, or coolers.

Its DIN-standard compact size (48×48 mm) makes it easy to integrate into panels and control cabinets, while the TCN4S’s robust design ensures long-term stability in demanding environments.
