The CD4000 IC designed of Dual 3-Input NOR Gate plus Inverter IC with N and P-channel enhancement mode MOS transistors.CD4000 designed as a monolithic integrated circuit, manufactured in 14-lead dual in line plastic or ceramic package and plastic micro package. Nor gate allows the system designer with direct implementation of the NOR function and supplement the existing family of COS/MOS gates. All inputs and outputs are buffered.
