ESP32-WROOM-32U based on generic Wi-Fi+BT+BLE MCU modules. This module ESP-room-32 support Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/e/i and Bluetooth v4.2 BR/EDR & BLE standard. Thus provides ideal solutions of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to support open real-time operating systems (RTOS). The heart of the module is said to be a chip, designed to be scalable and adaptive. The 2 CPU cores present in the module are individually controlled or powered. And it offers a clock frequency from 80 MHz to 240 MHz which is adjustable.
In this module, the user can also use a low-power coprocessor by the power of the CPU. This helps to save power while performing tasks that do not require much computing power, such as monitoring peripherals. Thus it can integrate a rich set of peripherals, ranging from capacitive touch sensors, Hall sensors, low-noise sense amplifiers, SD card interface, Ethernet, high-speed SDIO/SPI, UART, and I²C.
ESP32-WROOM-32U module also allows the user to connect their phone or broadcast low energy beacons for its detection. The onboard wifi feature enables a large physical range, also provides a direct connection to the internet via a Wi-Fi router. The sleep current of the ESP32 chip is less than 5 µA. This makes it ideal for wearable electronic or battery-powered applications, the ESP32 chip uses less than 5µA. Moreover, this module supports data rates of up to 150 Mbps and 22 dBm output power at the PA in order to ensure a wide physical range.
