HMC542BLP4ETR broadband
The HMC542BLP4ETR is a broadband SPDT GaAs switch offering DC–8 GHz operation, low loss, and high isolation for advanced RF and microwave applications.
HMC542BLP4ETR – Broadband SPDT Switch
The HMC542BLP4ETR is a high-performance broadband single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch designed by Analog Devices (formerly Hittite Microwave). It offers excellent isolation, low insertion loss, and fast switching speed across a broad frequency range from DC to 8 GHz, making it ideal for RF, microwave, and high-frequency communication systems.
Built using GaAs pHEMT technology, this switch ensures superior linearity, low power consumption, and high reliability in compact surface-mount packaging. The HMC542BLP4ETR operates with positive control logic and can handle both small-signal and moderate power levels, suitable for signal routing, transmit/receive switching, and test instrumentation.
