The FP35R12W2T4 is a high-performance 1200V, 35A IGBT module from Infineon Technologies, designed for three-phase inverter and motor drive applications. Built using Trench Field Stop (FS) IGBT technology, this module offers exceptional switching efficiency, low conduction losses, and robust thermal stability — ideal for industrial automation, renewable energy systems, and motion control.
As part of Infineon’s EasyPIM™ family, the FP35R12W2T4 integrates three half-bridge IGBT configurations with freewheeling diodes and an NTC temperature sensor, providing reliable inverter performance in a compact and easy-to-mount package. Its design ensures low stray inductance, high switching frequency capability, and excellent short-circuit ruggedness.
