Microphone Sound Detection Sensor module
High-sensitivity microphone sound detection sensor module with adjustable threshold, analog and digital outputs—ideal for clap switch and sound-activated projects.
The Microphone Sound Detection Sensor Module is a simple and reliable sensor used to detect sound intensity from the surrounding environment. It is based on a high-sensitivity electret condenser microphone combined with an onboard amplifier and comparator circuit, allowing it to detect claps, knocks, and other sound events.
The module provides both digital (DO) and analog (AO) outputs. The digital output triggers when sound exceeds a preset threshold, which can be adjusted using the onboard potentiometer, while the analog output gives real-time sound level data. It is fully compatible with popular microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi, and STM32.
Commonly used in clap switch projects, sound-activated lighting, security systems, noise monitoring, and robotics, this module is easy to use, compact, and ideal for beginners and professionals alike.
