The NJT1968B is a high-performance X-Band Front-End Module (FEM) designed for satellite communication (SATCOM) systems, radar applications, and microwave data links. This compact and efficient module integrates both low-noise amplification and high-power transmission capabilities to ensure exceptional signal integrity and reliability in X-band operations.
Built using advanced GaAs MMIC technology, the NJT1968B offers excellent gain, low noise figure, and high linearity, making it ideal for demanding RF front-end systems. It combines a low-noise amplifier (LNA), power amplifier (PA), and transmit/receive switching circuitry in a single, space-saving package—simplifying system design and improving overall performance.
