The P89LPC936FDH is a powerful 8-bit microcontroller from NXP (formerly Philips), based on an enhanced 80C51 CPU core. It’s designed for low-power, high-performance embedded control applications, making it ideal for robotics, automation, sensor interfacing, and educational projects.
This device features 16 KB of Flash program memory, 512 bytes of RAM, and 1 KB of EEPROM, providing flexible data storage and program capabilities. It supports both In-System Programming (ISP) and In-Application Programming (IAP), allowing firmware updates directly in-circuit—ideal for rapid prototyping and product development.
The P89LPC936FDH integrates multiple peripherals, including UART, SPI, I²C, and PWM channels, as well as 18 general-purpose I/O pins, making it suitable for a wide range of embedded designs. With low power consumption modes, it ensures efficient performance for battery-powered systems.
