SIM800 module designed as a miniature GSM modem in an SMT type can be integrated into a great number of IoT projects. This module designed with SIMCOM makes the SIM800 Quad-band GSM/GPRS engine, which operates on frequencies 850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, and 1900 MHz. This small size and easy to use as a plug-in GSM Modem. Using the AT command the baud rate is configurable from 9600-115200. And it can transmit Voice, SMS, and data information with low power consumption. Firstly the Modem is in Auto baud mode.
