The TDA7498E is a high-efficiency, dual-channel Class-D audio amplifier chip designed for high-power stereo audio applications. Manufactured by STMicroelectronics, this advanced Class-D amplifier delivers up to 160W per channel (4Ω, THD+N 10%) with exceptional sound clarity and low distortion.
Built using digital pulse-width modulation (PWM) technology, the TDA7498E offers high output efficiency (up to 90%), low heat dissipation, and superior audio performance compared to traditional Class-AB amplifiers. It operates from a single 36V power supply and integrates comprehensive protection features for short-circuit, thermal overload, and undervoltage conditions.
