UCC27714 high-speed, 600V high-side and low-side gate driver IC

The UCC27714 is a high-speed 600V dual gate driver IC with ±4A drive strength, UVLO protection, and fast switching—ideal for MOSFET/IGBT inverter systems.

Description

The UCC27714 is a high-speed, dual-channel gate driver IC designed by Texas Instruments for driving both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge and full-bridge power stages. This driver delivers high efficiency, fast switching, and robust isolation, making it ideal for motor drives, power inverters, SMPS, and industrial control systems.

Featuring 600V high-side operation, 4A peak source/sink current capability, and excellent propagation delay matching, the UCC27714 ensures reliable and efficient gate control for demanding high-frequency applications. Its integrated under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and robust noise immunity protect against shoot-through and false triggering.

The UCC27714’s compact and thermally efficient 8-pin SOIC package allows seamless integration into space-constrained designs, while its wide input supply range supports various power levels.
