The UCC27714 is a high-speed, dual-channel gate driver IC designed by Texas Instruments for driving both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge and full-bridge power stages. This driver delivers high efficiency, fast switching, and robust isolation, making it ideal for motor drives, power inverters, SMPS, and industrial control systems.
