This XB NEMA 34 (86mm) 12.7x8mm coupling is compatible with almost all Nema34 Stepper Motor. These couplings designed specifically with an Internal Bore Diameter of 12.7*8 mm. In this stepper motor the Coupling hubs made from high-grade aluminum bar stock for a precise fit. These couplings manufactured with high-quality Aluminium which makes them more sturdy and durable. Also, makes them much heavy and increases the strength of coupling. Moreover, this coupling designed with a balanced hub design in order to support higher RPM with reduced vibration. Whereas the Polyurethane material of the spider dampens impulse loads while minimizing shock to the motor and other sensitive equipment.
This XB NEMA 34 (86mm) 12.7*8mm coupling features anti-oil and corrosion resistant providing easy installation and maintenance. These are designed with customized sizes available upon user request. This Rigid Coupling BH57-RC is an ideal coupler for all NEMA 34 (86 mm) Frame Size Stepper. This coupling considered a fail-safe because if the spider becomes compromised the jaws of the two hubs interlock for direct power transmission allowing the machine shut down safely.
