74LS51 Dual 2-Wide 2-Input AND-OR-INVERT Gate IC

The 74LS51 Dual 2-Wide 2-Input AND-OR-INVERT Gate IC belongs to the 74XXYY IC series. 74LS51 designed as a high-speed CMOS DUAL 2 WIDE 2 INPUT AND/OR INVERT GATE fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. The logic AND-OR-INVERT function is performed by two independent combinations of gates in this device. One 2-wide 2-input AND-OR-INVERT gate and one 2-wide 3-input AND-OR-INVERT gate are included in each bundle. The IC 74LS51 is also smaller in size and has a significantly faster speed.
