150mm 6 inch LCD Digital Electronic Vernier Caliper

The Digital Caliper or Digital Electronic Vernier Caliper was designed as a precision instrument used to measure internal, external, and height distances easily and accurately. This digital calliper is also used for distances/measurements and read from an LCD display. The older version of this type measures by looking carefully at the imperial or metric scale and there was a need for very good eyesight in order to read the small sliding scale. The digital calliper comes with an LCD display to display the measured value. It also requires a small battery whereas the manual version does not need any power source. The Digital callipers quite easier to use as the measurement is displayed clearly. By simply pressing the inch/mm button the distance read as metric or imperial.

The on/off button helps to turn ON the display. The external jaws are brought together until they touch and the zero button should be pressed. The digital calliper is used for base measuring functions such as inside, outside, step, and depth measuring. During measuring the external distances, the material to be measured is placed between the external jaws and they are carefully brought together. By tightening the locking screw so that the jaws do not move apart and thus the reading can be taken. The distance is read by metric and imperial by pressing the inch/mm button. It supports a measuring range of  0-100mm with a resolution and repeatability of 0.1mm. This digital calliper measures a maximum measuring speed of 1m/s at an accuracy of 0.1mm.
