In most of the Arduino projects, it would be extremely delighted to have a display through which we can monitor the vitals of our project. 2.8-inch SPI Screen Module TFT Interface 240 x 320 without Touch designed specifically for almost all microcontrollers. With a beautiful big non-touchscreen display shield and a built-in microSD card connector, this module adds a touch of class to your Arduino project. This 2.5-inch TFT LCD is a resistive touch screen and is a colour active matrix TFT liquid crystal display. The TFT display has a resolution of 240×320 pixels and individual pixel control, resulting in a more detailed display. It has a higher resolution than a 12864 black and white monitor. A 240320 pixel display with individual RGB pixel control offers significantly greater resolution than a 12864 pixel black and white monitor.
There are two modes of operation for the display: 8-bit and SPI. We’ll require 8 digital data lines to operate in 8-bit mode. In addition, there are 4 or 5 digital control lines for reading and writing to the display (12 lines total). The SPI mode, on the other hand, requires just 5 total pins (SPI data in, data out, clock, select, and d/c), but is slower than the 8-bit mode. In addition, the Non-Touchscreen requires four pins (2 digital, 2 analogues). This 2.8-inch SPI Non-Touch Screen Module is packaged as a simple breakout board with SPI connectors on one end and 8-bit connections on the other. Both include high-speed level shifters and are 3-5V compatible, so they may be used with any microcontroller. While operating with SPI mode, we can also take advantage of the onboard MicroSD card socket to display images.
