3D E3D V6 All Metal J-Head Hotend Extruder for 3D Printers designed specifically for Reprap Prusa, Mendel, and other DIY 3D printers. This V6 E3D hotend comes with a 0.4MM nozzle, and for 1.75mm Filaments. And also an aluminum design enables this hot end to reach higher temperatures. This hotend designed with new cartridge-type format for temperature sensors. This kit comes with the new thermistor cartridge and heater block. This hot end features high-temperature performance for high-temp printing, as well as increased functionality for printing soft and flexible filaments.
The V6 Â E3D HotEnd capable of printing a wide variety of materials, from soft and flexible to sturdy and strong. This made possible due to the PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) liner tube through the hotend that you can extend into your extruder. This gives the ability to add the confinement and constraint needed to make excellent quality prints with flexible filaments. In this hot end extruder, all-metal enables working with Poly-carbonate up to 300 degrees Celsius. And also allow access for future materials that require higher working temperatures beyond those supported by plastic extruders and hot end.
E3D features an acerb thermal break function that gives better control over filament output. As a result, provides us a more immediate start and stops when extruding as well as retracts that are more effective in combatting ooze. Thus provides sharper and more accurate prints that have less stringing, oozing or blobs on the prints.
