This is a 4 Series 30A 18650 Lithium Battery Protection Board 14.8V 16V with Cable. It is designed as Balance Board specifically for Drill Motor Lipo Cell Module. This protection board module comes with a recovery function referred to as AUTO Recovery. And Integrated 10 low load resistance MOS tubes. it’s capable of providing an endless discharge current of 30A, a Balanced current, for electric drill/sprayer/LED lights/low power inverter. Highly recommended to cut back the load current use, if the cooling environment isn’t good.
The Scope of Nominal voltage of 3.6V, 3.7V lithium battery (including 18650,26650, a polymer lithium battery) where Charging voltage ranges between 16.8V to 18.1V. Meanwhile, these board operates smoothly with a Continuous charge current of (upper limit): 20A. Whereas the balanced version is ideal for starting current below 80A, power 135W below the drill (with balance). Moreover, the Board comes in a very size of approx. 46 x 60 x 3.4 mm which may be easily installed during a compact size or on the battery bundle itself.
Note:
- When the load of the brush motor is used, attempt to connect a non-polar capacitor (withstand voltage above25V, capacity 10uF-100uF) to the motor’s positive and negative terminals. this is often to stop the reverse spike from the motor. Break the MOS tube.
- 4 groups of batteries serial, please make sure that the voltage of every group of batteries, if not an equivalent, please fill each battery separately then use serial. The Discharge test, the drop faster battery that group may be a poor battery
