The 50kg Pressure Micro Scale Weighing Sensor was designed based on Half-bridge. This high accuracy half-bridge Experiments Body Scale Load Cell Sensor measures the correct force applied to the outer side of the strain E-shaped beam portion of the sensor. These are strain gauges attached to the intermediate, adhesive coating with white beam arms. And the outer edges form a shear force in the opposite direction. This means that under stress, the middle strain beam bending necessary changes can occur. The strain beam side by another force should not be a barrier. Moreover, these sensors offer a wide range of applications in the field of hopper scales, platform scales, platform balance, belt scales, and other electronic weighing devices.
These load cell sensors made up of alloy steel wired provides high accuracy, and makes installation quite simple. In order to increase the capacity range, the multiple load sensors are used simultaneously and used in parallel to add additional capacity. This simple half-bridge load sensor when stretched, it sends the signal via the red signal wire. The sensor can be operated in the following three methods:
- Using this sensor along with an external resistor indicates the full-bridge measurement range of a sensor range: 50kg. Higher requirements for an external resistor.
- By using only two full-bridge sensors measuring range will be the range of the two sensors and: 50kgx2 = 100kg.
- By using four full-bridge sensors measuring range resembles the range of four sensors and: 50kgx4 = 200kg.
