6X4 Copper Clad

6X4 Copper Clad designed with high quality Phenolic PCB board. This board also known as the Copper Clad Board. This FR4 6X4 Copper Clad PCB is one of the most commonly used PCBs in the world. This is designed with a glass fiber laminate as a reinforcing material on the core, with copper-clad on both sides.

In this, the core itself has copper in it along with two layers on top and bottom. Hence named the copper clad. With the addition or removal of the glass fiber epoxy layers, The thickness of the PCB is controlled by adding or removing the glass fiber epoxy layers. The glass fiber epoxy layers provide the necessary electrical insulation between the two copper foils and also give the laminate rigidity. Moreover, it features FR features in which the FR4 stands for fire retardant.
