FLOAT SWITCH BLACK VERTICAL

A Float switch is a type of level sensor,  defines as a simple water level indicator. This water level controller used in a pump, an indicator, an alarm, or other devices. A water level controller is actually a Magnetic float sensor with an electromagnetic ON/OFF switch that floats on top of a liquid surface. The float switch is to open or close a circuit as the liquid level rises or falls. Float switches are “normally closed, condition indicates that the two wires from the top of the switch form a complete circuit.

In case if the pressure inside of the tank is high or the liquid’s specific gravity is low, the float will not operate. So these conditions not permitted for liquid level detection. Normally the float sensor failure occurs due to overloading, frequently caused by spiking voltage.
