Featuring 600V to 1200V class IGBTs with Trench Field Stop technology, the FP10R12W1T4 combines low conduction losses, fast switching characteristics, and rugged short-circuit capability. It integrates three IGBT half-bridges in a single, compact module—perfect for motor drives, servo controllers, HVAC systems, and industrial power converters.
