This is an Aluminium GT2 Timing Pulley 20 Tooth 8mm Bore designed for a 10mm Belt. These pulleys offer a wide range of applications in 3D Printer, Stepper Motor, CNC Machine, etc. In order to achieve precise motion control, GT2 belts and pulleys offer excellent precision at a great price. And designed specifically for precise linear motion. They are manufactured as a rounded tooth profile in such a way that the belt tooth fits smoothly and accurately in the pulley groove. So when you reversing the pulley direction, there is no room for the belt to move in the groove. This pulley designed explicitly to use with GT2 10mm wide belts only – MXL belts will slip due to the different tooth profiles. This module consists of High-quality Motor-grade bearings ensuring the motor works in good condition.
This pulley features 20 teeth, and an 8mm. inner bore. Two set screws used to attach firmly to any 8mm. diameter shaft such as one of our stepper motors. This GT20 made up of Full high-quality aluminum construction ensures very light and very durable performances. For 3D Printing applications, GT2 2mm belt system offers better performance than T5, T2.5. Thereby provides better smoothness and accuracy of positioning, resulting in better printing quality.
