Description
LM4250 designed as a highly versatile monolithic operational amplifier. These IC comes with a single external programming resistor that determines the quiescent power dissipation, input offset and bias currents, slew rate, gain-bandwidth product, and input noise characteristics of the amplifier. These IC works perfectly with most CMOS, NMOS, and PMOS devices. Moreover, the LM4250 features short circuit protection, ESD barring, and low thermal dissipation.

A programmable operational amplifier defined as an industry standard, frequency compensated operational amplifier, whose gain controlled by external digital or analog signals. The LM4250C is nearly just like the LM4250 except that the LM4250C has its performance guaranteed over 0ËšC to +70ËšC temperature range rather than the −55ËšC to +125ËšC temperature range of the LM4250. Since the device is in effect a special op amp for every externally programmed set current, it’s possible to use one stock item for a spread of circuit functions during a system. The LM4250 has two special features in comparison with other monolithic operational amplifiers. First of all, its ability to externally set the bias current levels of the amplifiers.
