The Analog pH Sensor Kit is designed explicitly for Arduino and other microcontrollers. This sensor consists of an electrode and has a built-in simple, convenient, practical connection and long life (up to 1 year), which makes it very suitable for long term online monitoring. The onboard LED in the sensor function as the Power Indicator, a BNC connector, and a pH2.0 sensor interface. The sensor is used by simply connecting the pH sensor with the BND connector, and plugging the PH2.0 interface into the analogue input port of any Arduino controller. The PH values were obtained easily under preprogrammed conditions. Meanwhile, this sensor comes in an encapsulated compact plastic box with foams for better mobile storage.
pH measures the sample’s acidity by measuring the potential activity of hydrogen ions (H+) in the sample. pH measurements operate on a range of scales from 0 to 14, with 7.0 considered neutral. Solutions with a pH below 7.0 are acidic in nature. Whereas the Solutions with a pH above 7.0, up to 14.0 are considered as base.
This industrial pH electrode is made up of a sensitive glass membrane with low impedance. It offers fast response and excellent thermal stability making it suitable for various pH measurements. It features good reproducibility, is difficult to hydrolysis, thus eliminating basic alkali error. The output voltage is linear within the range of 0 pH to 14. Â The electrolyte present in the reference system consists of the Ag/AgCl gel electrolyte salt bridge. It has a stable half-cell potential and excellent anti-pollution performance. The ring PTFE membrane is not easy to be clogged, so the electrode is suitable for long-term online detection.
