PMA3-83LN+ low-noise amplifier
The PMA3-83LN+ is a 0.5–8 GHz low-noise amplifier offering 20 dB gain, 0.6 dB noise figure, and high linearity for advanced RF and microwave systems.
The PMA3-83LN+ is a wideband, low-noise amplifier designed by Mini-Circuits for high-frequency RF and microwave applications requiring exceptional gain, low noise figure, and linear performance. Operating from 0.5 to 8 GHz, this amplifier is ideal for communications, radar, satellite, and test instrumentation systems.
Built using PHEMT (pseudomorphic high-electron-mobility transistor) technology, the PMA3-83LN+ delivers ultra-low noise, flat gain response, and excellent input/output matching across a wide bandwidth. It provides a typical gain of 20 dB, a noise figure as low as 0.6 dB, and high IP3 performance, ensuring clean signal amplification with minimal distortion.
Encased in a compact 3×3 mm surface-mount QFN package, it supports single positive supply operation, simplifying integration into dense RF modules and portable systems.
