The SKY65900-11 is a 2.4 GHz WLAN power amplifier offering +20 dBm output power, 25 dB gain, and low EVM, ideal for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and IoT systems.
The SKY65900-11 is a high-performance power amplifier (PA) module designed by Skyworks Solutions for 2.4 GHz ISM band applications, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Zigbee systems. This compact, fully integrated RF front-end module combines a high-efficiency power amplifier, filtering, and matching circuitry in a single, low-profile package.
Optimized for IEEE 802.11b/g/n WLAN systems, the SKY65900-11 delivers high linear output power, low EVM, and excellent gain, making it ideal for improving transmit range, signal strength, and data throughput in wireless communication devices.
Built using Skyworks’ advanced SOI (Silicon-on-Insulator) technology, it offers low current consumption, superior thermal stability, and consistent performance across a wide temperature range. Its small 2.5 x 2.5 mm package simplifies integration in compact wireless designs such as routers, IoT devices, smart modules, and embedded systems.
