TB6560 Chip is a high-performance micro-stepping drive based on pure-sinusoidal current control technology. This pure sine and the self-adjustment technology to self-adjust current control parameters offers quick setup while using with different motors. Thus the driven motors can run with smaller noise, lower heating, smoother movement and have better performances at a higher speed than most of the drives in the markets. It is suitable for driving 2-phase and 4-phase hybrid stepping motors. Therefore, in order to improve reliability, the driver features some built-in protection functions. Such as low voltage shutdown, overheating stop, and overcurrent protection circuit.
This TB6560 Driver Board offers a 3A output current with CNC Router Single 1 Axis Controller motor driver’s board. Thus used for axis control with Input signal high-speed optocoupler isolation, with the large heat sink to ensure good heat dissipation. Moreover, these motor drivers are capable of Semi-flow mode adjustable, semi-flow current adjustable, with a variety of semi-flow model and semi-flow current setting functions.
The TB6560 defined as a PWM chopper-type stepping motor driver IC designed for sinusoidal-input micro-step control of bipolar stepping motors. These are widely used in applications that require 2-phase, 1-2-phase, 2W1-2-phase and4W1-2-phase excitation modes. The TB6560 features low-vibration, high-performance forward and reverse driving of a two-phase bipolar stepping motor using only a clock signal. These stepper motor drivers are suitable for a wide range of stepping motors from NEMA size 17 to 23.
