DLO165 Power Switch IC

Nowadays, Power devices defined as innovative technology enabling future development of power converters and systems. The DLO165 Power Switch IC designed as an integrated Pulse Width Modulators (PWM) and Sense FETs designed explicitly for high-performance offline Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) operated with minimal external components. Both devices integrated as high voltage power switching regulators which combine an avalanche rugged Sense FET with a current mode PWM control block. This integrated PWM controller consists of a fixed oscillator with frequency modulation for reduced EMI. It features Under Voltage Lock Out (UVLO) protection, Leading Edge Blanking (LEB). And also optimized gate turn-on/turn-off driver, Thermal Shut Down (TSD) protection, Abnormal Over Current Protection (AOCP).

Meanwhile, it also offers temperature compensated precision current sources for loop compensation and fault protection circuitry. DLO165 Power Switch IC contains all the functions required to design a power supply circuit. Comparing with the discrete MOSFET and PWM controller, RCCswitching converter solution, a Fairchild Power Switch(FPS) reduces overall system cost, components number, size and weight. At the sametime, it increases the efficiency, productivity and offers high reliability for the device. DLO165 is the perfect basic platform for the cost-effective design of quasi resonant converter as C-TV power supply.
