This Mobile Power Bank DIY is designed based on the 18650 Lithium Battery Digital Dual USB mobile power module. This dual USB power module provides a USB output of 5V 1A / 5V 2A(Dual USB interface) with a 18650 Circuit board shell. Dual USB Mobile Power Bank Battery Charger requires an input of 5V constant voltage power supply can do charge input power, the most matching charger for 5V 1A above.
Charging, overcharge, over-discharge, and overcurrent protection are all included on the motherboard of this power bank module. When the output device is fully charged, this module will automatically stop charging. This is done to avoid overcharging of mobile phones and to keep output voltage and current steady. As a consequence, user devices will not be harmed. The Charging % is displayed on an intelligent digital display with a screen size of 27mm by 17mm. Furthermore, the module has an on-board LED that shows the charging state when using USB. This module’s versatility makes it an ideal tool for Arduino, DIY kits, power banks, and other similar projects. As a result, these modules are extremely dependable and provide superior performance.
INSTALLATION PROCESS
The circuit board was linked to the battery’s negative B- and positive B + during installation. The connection should not be reversed while it is being established. This may cause the board to burn. The battery is welded together in parallel to complete the assembly. The insulation between the battery and the circuit board should be maintained, and the battery lead should not come into contact with the circuit board, since this will cause a short circuit.
