Wireless charging modules basically use an electromagnetic field to transfer energy between two objects. This is usually performed via a charging station. This charging module consists of a transmitter, receiver, and insulation coil. It serves as a replacement for the Wireless Power Supply with stable output voltage and maximum output current. Energy is transmitted from a charging station through an inductive coupling to an electrical device. This energy is further used to charge batteries or run the device. Hence, Wireless charging works by transferring energy from the charger to a receiver at back of the phone via electromagnetic induction. This module adopts new technology “resonant magnetic coupling, which will reduce the electricity consumption during power transmission.
An alternating electromagnetic field is generated by the induction coil in the charger. Which the receiver coil converts back into electricity to be fed into the battery. The module is widely used for long-distance energy transmission of 152mm with a maximum output of 12V/3A and up to 95% efficiency. As a result, it provides stable performance even under long working hours. Due to the non-contact charging design, the module is completely sealed for function as waterproof and dustproof, thus extending its service life and making it more convenient to use. Its compact size and insulation coil make it perfect for use in a wireless project.
The Wireless Charging Module is widely used in electronic equipment common use for close wireless charging or power supply. Moreover, the module used in mobile electronic products such as phones, game consoles, digital cameras, and shavers, or even to replace the existing charging mode of intelligent vehicles and UAVs to achieve wireless charging.
