These devices are compatible for applications requiring up to 0.1A DC and can deliver pulsed currents up to 2 A. 2SK2541 manufactured in TO-92 package that is universally accepted for all commercial-industrial applications.
2SK2541 provides a Drain Source Voltage 50V at a drain current 0.1A. These MOSFET Transistors designed explicitly to achieve extremely low-voltage, low-current applications. This feature makes this device ideal for use as a Power MOSFET Gate Drivers and Switching Application. By providing low RDS(on), Ciss and Crss along with guaranteed avalanche capability these parts adopted quickly into new and existing offline power supply designs.
