The 250W High Power Constant voltage Current Adjustable Aluminum Substrate LED Driver Module designed specifically to provide adjustable output voltage ranges from 10V to 50V. This module offers a wide range of current output up to 6 A. This module comes with a heat sink mounted on its surface. So that it can easily manage to run high power applications continuously. Highly recommended to use a cooling fan on the heat sink for continuous high power output.
The Module is made up of a dedicated benchmark IC and a high-precision current sensing resistor. A s a result, provides a more stable constant current, (when 20°C to 70°C constant current 1A, temperature drift less than 1%). And therefore it is particularly ideal for LED driver applications. The output current of the module can be raised up to 10A (for continuous use it is recommended up to 8A with an additional cooling fan).
The output voltage of the device has four high-frequency capacitances to enhance the stabilization. Thereby gives the lower output ripple. Moreover, the double heat sink design offers easy and fast heat dissipation. Highly recommended to use MOS Schottky diode independent heat sink, which heat dissipation is good, and won’t affect each other. And also using large size Sendust Core and double pure copper wiring, improve working efficiency, reduce fever.
The module comes with an onboard 3296 multiturn potentiometers for high accuracy voltage and current regulation to provide good stability. As the voltage and current are adjustable, it provides a wide range of applications such as battery charging, LED Driver power supply, Vehicle Power Supply, etc which makes the module Multipurpose.
