CD4019BE CMOS Quad AND OR Select Gate IC

The CD4019BE designed as a quad CMOS AND/OR Select Gate, fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. This device with  each consisting of two 2-input AND gates driving a single-input OR gate. Here the Selection of gate accomplished by control bits Ka and Kb. Moreover, the selection of channel A or channel B information, the control bits can be applied simultaneously to accomplish the logical A + B function. It is perfect for AND-OR select gating, shift-right/shift-left registers, true/complement selection and AND/OR/Exclusive-OR selection. CD4019BE Operates at a supply voltage of range between 3V to 18V. This IC designed for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.

The CD4019B types IC manufactured in 16-lead hermetic dual-in-line ceramic packages (F3A suffix), 16-lead dual-in-line plastic packages (E suffix), 16-lead small-outline packages (M, M96, MT, and NSR suffixes), and 16-lead thin shrink small-outline packages (PW and PWR suffixes).
