This DB9 Female screw Terminal to RS232 RS485 Conversion Board. It extends a COM port connection between a computer and some old device with RS-232 compatibility. As a result, we can move the serial device further away from the PC. DB9 male to female adapter extender equipped with screws on each end. Thereby ensuring an easy and solid connection for stable data communication.
This adapter extender wires inside are of 30AWG gauge and easy to solder. And connected to the pins in the order of the standard wire colour code (black brown red orange etc.). Which makes hook-up a breeze when you need to chop the RS232 serial cable extender for a custom installation. In this, the RS232c cable connected pin to pin wired as an RS232 Straight through cord (pinout:1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4,……, 8-8, 9-9, G-G), and standard shielded with AL foil.
