The FSCQ1265RT Power Switch IC designed as an integrated Pulse Width Modulators (PWM) and Sense FETs designed explicitly for high-performance Quasi-resonant off-line offline Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS). Thus operated with minimal external components. Both devices integrated as high voltage power switching regulators which combine an avalanche rugged Sense FET with a current mode PWM control block. This integrated PWM controller consists of a fixed oscillator with frequency modulation for reduced EMI. It features Under Voltage Lock Out (UVLO) protection, Leading Edge Blanking (LEB).
And also provides an optimized  gate driver, internal soft-start, temperature-compensated precise current sources for loop compensation and self-protection circuitry. Meanwhile, it also offers temperature compensated precision current sources for loop compensation and fault protection circuitry. Comparing with the discrete MOSFET and PWM controller solution, it reduces overall system cost, components number, size and weight. At the sametime, it increases the efficiency, productivity and offers high reliability for the device. FSCQ1265RT is the perfect basic platform for the cost-effective design of quasi resonant flyback convertors.
