Leadshine DMA860H defined as a high-performance micro-stepping drive based on pure-sinusoidal current control technology. This self technology micro-stepping motor controls features auto-identification and auto-configuration while using with different motors and is easy-to-use.
The D860H supports PUL/DIR and CW/CCW modes and pulse active at rising or falling edge. It also uses optocouplers to increase noise immunity and interface flexibility. In case If the optocouplers’ supply voltage is greater than +5V, a current-limiting resistor is connected at each command signal terminal to prevent overheating the optocouplers. This micro stepper motor is suitable for a wide range of stepping motors, from NEMA size 17 to 43.
The D860H can drive any 2-phase and 4-phase hybrid stepping motors. Therefore, in order to improve reliability, the driver features some built-in protection functions such as Short-voltage, Over-voltage protection, and Over-current Protection. When the power supply voltage lower than 13VAC or +18VDC, short-voltage protection activates and the RED LED turns on. In case when the power supply voltage exceeds 123VAC or +173VDC, over-voltage protection activates, and LED indicates the status. Moreover, Overcurrent Protection activates when continuous current exceeds the limit. DMA860H operates with much smaller noise, lower heating, smoother movement than most of the drivers. This unique feature makes it an ideal solution for applications that require low-speed smoothness.
