A quadcopter is referred to as a type of helicopter with four rotors. The rotors present on the quadcopter consist of a motor and a propeller. The quadcopter frame is a structure that holds all the components together. It is capable of supporting motors and other electronics thus preventing them from vibrations. The Quadcopter frames are arranged in a square or rectangle allow a stable and steady ascent and flying of the drone. Q330 Quadcopter arms offer an anhedral design. The Q330 frame is made up of Glass fibre at the centre plate and Glass-filled nylon at arms for increased strength and durability.
Q330 Quadcopter frame designed with down swept style arms that will produce a better CG. Thus it will increase the overall manoeuvrability with total yaw authority. The latest design of the Q330 frame also includes super-tough glass-filled nylon arms with vertical struts. This design is to reduce weight and increase the strength of each arm. The frame design setup was made simple using the new style pre-moulded landing skids. However, this frame provides additional mounting holes for the FPV equipment, etc. Pre-threaded brass sleeves are included in the copter for all of the frame bolts, so attaching the arms to the mainframe done quite easily. Also, it requires one size of bolt for the overall build and thus a unique one-size hex wrench for hardware mounting.
An integrated printed distribution board (PDB) at the lower deck of the Totem Q330 provides neat and easy equipment installation. The upper and lower deck spacing has been increased, for additional equipment fitting without ruining the aesthetics of your quadcopter. These Q330 frames are highly recommended for CC3D\MWC\APM\PIXHAWK\NAZA flight control.
