QAV250 frame kit designed explicitly to tackle the problems in FPV Racing and video recording with quadcopters. This Q250 Quadcopter is made up of excellent quality 3kCarbon Fiber providing it more sturdy and strong. The carbon fibre of thickness 4mm is used for manufacturing arms which are much stronger moulded arms providing better thickness. As a result, there will be no arm breakage at the motor mounts on a hard landing. Moreover, these arms have support ridges on them, which improves stability and provides faster forward flight. These carbon frames are highly recommended because of their high stiffness to weight ratio. Also, it provides high rigidity, improves stability and flight performance.
The frame arm is thick and lightweight, providing good mechanical strength. The mini-size design of this QAV250 quadcopter frame is aerodynamically efficient due to its minimal size, which will require lower throttle to hover. This allows the whole take-off weight to be controlled at about 500-600 grams. The QAV250 Quadcopter Frame is strong, light, and has a sensible configuration including a PCB (Printed Circuit Board). As a result, it can be directly soldered with ESCs to the Quadcopter. Thus, making the Quadcopter construction fast and easy. Moreover, it avoids the use of extra PDB (Power Distribution Board) and makes the mounting clean and neat
The frame has a wheelbase of 250mm and weighs around 160gm. The mainframe was designed with a large area for mounting cameras and other accessories. This supports 37mm board cams as well as cams in cases with mounting brackets. The QAV250 Carbon Fiber Quadcopter Frame equips anodized alloy spacers. The arms of this carbon fibre frame provide multiple motor mounting holes so as to fit a variety of motors. As a result, it equips a vibration-free mounting bracket for housing the camera on the frame.
