SIM 800L LM2596 power board
SIM800L LM2596 power board providing stable 4V output with high current capability—ideal for powering SIM800L GSM modules reliably.
The SIM800L LM2596 Power Board is a dedicated power supply module designed to safely and reliably power SIM800L GSM/GPRS modules. It is based on the LM2596 DC-DC buck converter, which efficiently steps down higher input voltages to the stable 3.8–4.2V output required by the SIM800L.
This power board is capable of delivering high peak currents (up to 2A) needed during GSM transmission bursts, preventing module resets and communication failures. It includes onboard filtering and protection, ensuring stable operation even under fluctuating loads.
The SIM800L LM2596 power board is ideal for Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, and IoT GSM projects, simplifying power design and improving overall system reliability.
