TL866CS USB Universal Programmer measures 10CM*6CM*2.5CM (it is as small as a driving license). In addition, it eliminates the need for an external power supply because of its ultra-low power that making it more portable. Its VPP and VCC programming voltages are made independently program-controlled, so programmable VCC is from 3.3V to 6.5V; VPP is from 3.3V to 21V.
