5S0765 Power Switch IC

The 5L0380 Power Switch IC designed as an integrated Sense FETs designed explicitly for high-performance offline Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) operated with minimal external components. These devices integrated as high voltage power switching regulators with a low Start-up Current Max of 170µA and low Operating Current of Max 12mA .  It features Under Voltage Lock Out (UVLO) protection, Over Voltage Protection With Latch Mode (Min23V). And also optimized gOver Load Protection With Latch Mode, Internal Thermal Protection With Latch Mode, Pulse By Pulse Over Current Limiting.
