The 74LS367 designed as a Hex 3-State Buffer based 3-STATE buffer explicitly to improve both the performance and density of three-state memory address driver, clock drivers, and bus-oriented transmitters and receivers. The 74S367 Octal Buffer and Line Driver IC used to drive terminated lines down to 133 Ω. The designer comes with a wide choice of selected combinations of inverting and noninverting outputs, symmetrical, active-low output control (G) inputs, and complementary output-control (G and G) inputs. These devices feature high fan-out, improved fan-in, and 400-mV noise margin.
